Haven't done one of these little numbers for a while and any answers which may come up again will have all gone in the years. Same ol' song but with a different meaning since you've come along.

I have supplied a lyric from a song whose title has the word "America" or "U.S.A." in it. Just give me the name of the artist who had a hit with it. Some folks are born made to wave the flag....
