Random Quotes from Rolling Stone

A number of years ago I won a book in a trivia contest called Loose Talk: The Book of Quotes from the Pages of Rolling Stone Magazine. I have selected 11 rock and roll quotes. Your job is to select the source of the quote. The book was published in 1980 and RS began publishing in 1967. That info may help as you try to figure out which rock and roller said what. This being my first quiz, I'm just guessing at how hard it ought to be. I think these are fair to middling, but if it goes over well, future quizzes could be more challenging and take on other subjects. Good Luck!
