Everyone knows their Roman Numerals, right? IVXLCDM are 1,5,10,50,100,500,1000. Let's assume capitalized words have the value of their Roman Numerals, so CLIMAX is 1161. But each digit stands on its own: IVY is 6 not 4, ACME is 1100 not 900 etc. Then do these sums with me --which will get harder as the quiz goes on!
