Singers Who Died Onstage

It was only this past November 10th in Italy when the South African sultry-voiced singer Miriam Makeba, died after collapsing on stage. She was 76-years-old and under apartheid, was banned from her own country for more than 30 years. Nicknamed "Mama Africa," she collapsed on stage after singing "Pata Pata," one of her most famous hits, and was a Top 20 U.S. hit in 1967.

Here is a quiz on 10 more singers throughout music history who died on stage...or really really shortly thereafter. Okay in one case the singer died 8 years later but it was indeed caused by his on stage collapse.
So we go, 10 singers who died on stage...not artistically but biologically.
