"Over the Rainbow": The Song Remains the Same

I suspect that more Americans know "Over the Rainbow" as Judy Garland's signature song than know that L. Frank Baum wrote "The Wizard of Oz" so there will be no question about Judy Garland in this quiz. The Judy Garland version of "Over the Rainbow" was recently named the greatest movie song of all time on the American Film Institute's list of the 100 Greatest Movie Songs. In 2001, "Over the Rainbow" was also voted the best song of the 20th century by a group of voters selected by the National Endowment for the Arts and the Recording Industry Association of America. There have been hundreds of covers of this song, which is the topic of our quiz. As in all my "Song Remains the Same" quizzes, I own a copy of any recording that figures as a correct answer in this quiz. Point of information: Wikipedia, in its article on "Over the Rainbow" identifies Jimi Hendrix as an artist who recorded the song. This is incorrect. Hendrix did record a song entitled "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" -- a version appears on "Crash Landing" -- but this is not the same as the song that Judy Garland sang.
