|Those of you who took my first Spoofability quiz will remember that it dealt with the mathematics of Sploofus. To be precise, it applied probability and combinatoric theory to determine how someone with zero knowledge of the subject might perform on your typical Trivia Quiz, just by guessing answers.|
Now we're going to explore some other aspects of the site by moving on to the mathematical foundations of Wagers, Showdowns and Word Puzzles. Some of the answers may surprise you, and some of them might even improve your performance here.
If the math sends your head spinning, but you want to know the truth about life, the universe and everything, you can always push a few buttons and skip to the answers. According to Sploofability 1, such a strategy will most likely earn you a 20%.
WARNING: Some of these questions are lengthy. If word problems make you break out in hives, take another quiz, and wait for the Cliff's Notes to come out on this one.
