SuperQuiz 2 More of the Wide Open Trivia You Love

After a lot of positive feedback on SuperQuiz 1 I decided to put together another wide open collection of American trivia questions that in, and of, themselves aren't too difficult but when combined with the cross discipline questions from many genres, proves to be a little too much to handle for most. The highest score was a 77 on the last one. Lets see if anyone can beat that here!
