Great quiz. the Iowa flooding caused the collapse of two railroad bridges - one in Waterloo and one in Cedar Rapids. Also a bridge known as the Sutliff bridge that was on the National Register of Historic Places collapsed. That bridge had not been used for vehicle traffic for many years but was a great place to watch eagles and go to the bar across the road, purchase a sandwich and a beverage and sit at the picnic tables conveniently placed on the bridge. Many people used to party on that bridge.
