Tell Me You Have Not Forgotten Elephant Jokes

I debated about whether to put this quiz in the "Kids Only" category but chose to include it in the quizzes for adults because I still enjoy these jokes, unsophisticated as they are, and I believe many other adults do, too. According to Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elephant_joke), elephant jokes rely on absurdity to create the humor involved.
