Thanksgiving Leftovers (just in time for Xmas)!

Being from the UK, where we don't celebrate Thanksgiving at all, I find it hard to understand this holiday, but the one most common comment I saw a couple of days after you Americans celebrated it was - what do you do with the leftovers?! Well, since I can't answer that question, I thought I'd just pose a few of my own on the subject instead. Ready for Christmas, instead - or thanksgiving next year, maybe ...?!
