The Royal Caribbean Line's 'Freedom of the Seas' is just that - a cruise ship that dwarfs the Titanic, and whose 339m (~1,111ft) length matches the height of the Empire State Building! Intended to house over 5,000 people at a time, at 160,000 tonnes it's amazing to me that she floats at all - but then I still find it difficult to believe that aircraft like Concorde and the Boeing 747 can fly! Hope you enjoy finding out all about her! Questions are not short, and information from anywhere I could find out about her, including a recent TV documentary and the ubiquitous wikipedia!
