The curse of the Bambino (Red Sox Fans)

In 1919, Harry Frazee, the then new owner of the Boston Red Sox, sold Babe Ruth to the New York Yankees in order to purchase Fenway Park. This transaction became known as "the curse of the Bambino". Not solely for the collapse of the Red Sox, but the sudden and long term success of the Yankees. As we all know, the curse was reversed in dramatic fashion as the Red Sox became the first team in baseball history to overcome a 3-0 deficit in a 7 game series to win, as they beat their long term rivals the New York Yankees. They then went on to sweep the ST. Louis Cardinals in the World Series. Have fun remembering some of the highs and lows as you take this quiz.
