The fifth question is not answered correctly. W. Costigan says he received $30,000 in insurance money after his mother's death; however, he only is willing to put up $10,000 to Shawn to begin the drug-dealing business. Thus, he indeed tells his cousin he has $10,000 to begin a drug dealing business.
