The French pastry shop.

|You walk into a French pastry shop, you like what you see, you would like to buy one... what is it called?|
I describe the pastry and you guess its French name. A cinch.
Helpful hint: most often French pastries have a real name, not just a description. Not an absolute rule, but a rule to go by usually. Bon appétit!
PS: I have been trying so hard to elaborate an easy quiz, if this one isn't, please forgive me: I live in France, all of these pastry names are obvious here; consider it worthwhile learning these to eat them on your next trip to the land of the world's best deserts. France is up there with the best food countries (China, Italy...) but France is N° 1 for deserts. So there. Please do not under rate this pastry shop!
