Elvis Aaron Presley, a singer, musician and actor..."The King". Elvis is still one of the most popular, best-selling and most influential artists in the history of popular music. His fan base is astronomical thirty years, yes, thirty years after his passing. I've developed this quiz as a way of conveying some of the beginning history of Elvis' path to stardom. His talent, good looks, sensuality, charisma, and good humor endeared him to millions, as did the humility and human kindness he demonstrated throughout his life. Elvis is regarded as one of the most important figures of twentieth century popular culture.

I would like to share that it was not easy for me to develop this quiz. Even writing this quiz description is difficult for me. His rise to stardom and his fall to despair and related premature death at forty-two years of age, still saddens me.
