The N.A.T.O. Phonetic Alphabet
![]() |
The N.A.T.O. Phonetic alphabet was developed in the 1950's to be intelligible (and pronounceable) to all N.A.T.O. allies in the heat of any confrontation. It replaced all others in use and is now widely used for telecommunication and business in America and Europe. This is a short quiz to see if you know any of the alphabet terms?
