TheSevenDeadlies Photo A sin is described as 'an act that violates a moral rule'. It is, of course, used mainly in a religious context. If it were used in a secular context, you'd find many more actions fitting the description. Have fun.

I didn't do very well but I really enjoyed the quiz. Also, the test of what makes a good quiz, IMHO, is if the quiz-taker learns something. I learned several things from your quiz. Thanks.

In Dante's Inferno, those suffering in the Circle of the Lustful (such as Francesca da Rimini and Paolo Malatesta) are being blown about by a continuous wind. The rain of fire falls upon those guilty of "violence against nature." And where, in the Inferno, are soul carrying stone slabs on their backs? The prodigals and miserly are PUSHING stones.
