Creating a quiz on this very sensitive topic was not easy. This event, otherwise known as the Holocaust, took place from 1933 to 1945. The Hebrew term “Shoah” is often used to describe this event which witnessed the deaths of six million Jews, including one million children. In addition, other minority groups were also targeted, including Gypsies and Slavic peoples. The key events, places, and people are listed within the quiz. Please feel free to offer suggestions. Good luck! Source: My notes and additional assistance from the following sites: 1. A Teacher’s Guide to the Holocaust- http://fcit.usf.edu/holocaust/people/people.htm 2.
