Some of the ways famous people have found to move on from this world to the next would appear really imaginative if they weren't so patently obviously sheer accident (although some were carefully planned by the person who'd decided said person was going to move on ...!). I was feeling morbid again so I did a bit more research and wrote another quiz on the subject of deaths - hope it doesn't depress you too much! Info from the internet, mostly, and a couple of books I've got at home.

Very difficult
I think the story of Kimberly Bergalis unwittingly getting AIDS from her dentist is discredited.
"particularly when the person who dies hasn't done anything that could be considered a way to catch it" comment about AIDS could be taken wrong way since you cite heterosexual who contracted disease....suggest edit?
