Trashy literature abounds. In fact, literary tropes involving trash, garbage, or waste pop up in many significant works. This quiz is about when trash overflows into real literature. So if you’re almost, but not quite, in the mood for a trashy novel, hit “Start Quiz” and keep your waders on. This quiz actually began life as a potential Word Puzzle that another Sploofus member and I kicked back and forth, forth and back, and eventually out. While the trivia did not seem to fit that format, the subject seemed ideal for a quiz.
