Thanks to all who wrote and said that they enjoyed my series on 1981. I found another book, so here's 1982. Most of these events happen in the United States, but I try to include some from other countries, too. All information came from the book "1982 The Year You Were Born" by Jeanne Martinet. Thanks so much for taking my quiz! And if you didn't get a chance to do the twelve months of 1981, go look them up. Especially, if you enjoy this one, which I hope you do!

Glad you found another book! Diet Coke is only as old as 1982??? That's amazing! I can't remember there not being a Diet Coke and yet I was born in 1949! Why didn't they think of it before? It is consumed by billions of people a day!
