On August 28, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. spoke to a crowd of over 200,000 blacks & whites in Washington, D.C., "I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed: 'We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal.'" And on November 22, President John F. Kennedy was shot to death in a Dallas, Texas motorcade while his wife sat next to him amidst flying bullets. Yes, it was a year to remember...
