This quiz will take a look at some of the astonishing characteristics in and of the head. For the purposes of this quiz, I'm including everything above the collarbone (clavicle). It will also look at the startling differences in other life forms' heads. Enjoy, and remember, the key to this quiz is you have to be a bit discriminatory or as one would say, open-minded. Tonsils and adenoids serve essentially the same function. The are part of what is known as Waldeyer's Ring. Both are organized clumps of lymphatic tissue and may be viewed as modified lymph nodes lacking afferent channels.
Bit of a problem, because both tonsils and adenoids aid in the production of antibodies. Just lucky I got inside your head and guessed right.
