Where And Why Would I Be In Siberia?

Of course, if I would transverse Siberia it would most likely be for the reggae concerts. I really like cool reggae music. Can you fathom reggae on ice? I’m looking for a talented, adventurous, Rasta. He is Lenky Roy, a Jamaican reggae singer. I would like a change of environment. So why not go? I need to do a little research before I decide this brutally, cold venture. I‘ll tell you something about the places I would probably check out while I’m looking for reggae on ice.
