Wow I blew that one. Very good quiz, but then again I know not to much according to this. 
Regarding the Bush quote: No New Taxes; it was actually true. There were no NEW taxes, the existing taxes just increased. So it was true. There were no "NEW" taxes.
Bob the Builder was telling children 'Yes We Can' for some years before President Obama's speech!
