Not many people know that although Sploofus has abolished cash prizes, there is still one financial reward available on the site. Anyone who writes 300 quizzes is rewarded with a trip around the world, so long as you can get back in 48 hours. This is my 300th quiz, and I prevailed on Justin to give me my prize in advance. During my trip I visited ten countries, and I’m going to ask you to guess where I went by giving you a clue as to the way the inhabitants talk. Specifically, I’ll give you an idiom they use, and generally give you both the phrase and its meaning. All you have to do is identify the country.
