Worldwide Population Growth

Since the advent of computers, it is possible to create lots of predictions of population growth. As of October 2006 the World holds 6.66 billion people. The United States grew from 100 million in 1915 to 200 million in 1967 to 300 million on October 17, 2006. The United States counts everyone, pretty accurately. Some countries do not even try. Others believe their population is grounds for getting money from the UN or other sources and hence exaggerate. Others do not count a person until they are 5 years old in order to preserve a statistic concerning average population age. Guess the population based upon census and computer analysis by the United Nations.
