Wunderkind Photo Wunderkind means "miracle child" in German, and it is also a synonym for a prodigy. The heuristic for a child prodigy is someone who attains a level of mastery in one or more skills or arts at a very young age, equal to a highly trained adult. What creates a wunderkind? Is it genetic? Acquired through cultivation? Or is it a child reincarnated with an innate genius brought forward into this life, from what was learnt in a previous one? It remains an unexplained enigma. This quiz takes into account some of the most famous child prodigies who achieved phenomenal greatness in many fields. Thank you for doing it.

Check the Mozart opera question - I think his first symphony was at age 8, and the opera at 11.
