Tournaments - Instructions & Rules

Sploofus Tournaments encorporates the results from other Sploofus games. Three tournaments will be available at any given time. Each tournament will be open for exactly one week and will have different qualifications for a "complete entry". For example, a tournament may require that the player successfully complete 5 of the listed quizzes and 3 of the listed Kerblunk puzzles.

Entering a Tournament
To enter a tournament, simply click on the link to view the details and then click the "Enter Tournament" button. If you have already completed a qualifying game for the tournament, your previous results will be automatically included.

Tournament Leaderboard
Only those players who meet all of the specified tournament qualification will be displayed on the leaderboard. Rankings are calculated using number of questions answered correctly and speed of completion.

Q: My quiz about Ping Pong is waaaaay better than the ones picked for the Ping Pong Quiz Tournament, what do I have to do to get my quiz into a tournament?

A: There is nothing you can do. Tournaments are created by selecting random quizzes for a given topic. An EA may help.


Q: My quiz is in a tournament! What do I get?

A: You get a lot of people taking your quiz, and therefore points.


Q: So what do I win for placing at the top of a Tournament leaderboard?

A: Lots of bragging rights, for now! (But stay tuned...)


Q: How about real time multiplayer trivia tournaments? Will there be other types of contests in the future?
