Do You Know About Some Healing Herbs?

According to Prevention Magazine these herbs can help ease pain, prevent Alzheimer's, avert cancer and heart disease. Herbs have been around since antiquity. Can you recognize any of them? Even if you can't, if you think hard enough I bet you'll remember your granny had them. More importantly, are any of them in your food arsenal? I think some are.
