Tresgatos' The Incredible Journey Quiz

|Welcome to the October CQ, a game for quiz takers and makers.|
This quiz tests your knowledge of the Disney film released in 1963, not of the later version called Homeward Bound. The movie was based on a children's book by Sheila Burnford and was filmed in Palgrave, Ontario, Canada, according to imdb.com.
I'm a sucker for animal movies and am not embarrassed to admit that I have to wipe away a few tears every time I see The Incredible Journey. The main characters are three furry friends: Bodger, Luath and Tao. Bodger is a white bull terrier, Luath is a yellow Labrador Retriever, and Tao is a "sassy" Siamese cat. Their story is simple: They travel together across a "wild section of Canada" during Indian summer because it's the only way they know how to find their way back home. There's very little human dialogue, but a narrator provides background details and commentary.
The narrator doesn't specify when the events take place, but based on the technology available at the time, a modern viewer might estimate mid-20th century. So, there are no cell phones, no personal computers, no GPS tracking devices, no chips that can be implanted in pets to identify them if they get lost. This is interesting to reflect upon when watching the movie.
The Incredible Journey has its flaws and stereotypes, but to me, they're easy to overlook when the animals are so endearing and the landscape so beautiful. And Tao the cat, despite using up a couple of his lives, manages to provide some comic relief throughout.
Most of the questions in this quiz aren't short, so if you don't like that style, you may want to take a different quiz. But if you're up for a little reading, bring along your hiking boots, backpack, canteen and compass. Have fun!

I don't care what anyone says, I love this movie better than the remake. It had a certain "je ne sais quoi," that the other lacked. Thanks for the quiz.
